An intuitive mobile app and responsive website that allowed customers to easily order coffee in advance with a focus on ease of use, efficiency and accessibility.

The coffee industry is undeniably crowded, with numerous apps vying for customer attention. To stand out, I began my research by identifying direct competitors – those with a similar size, product focus, and location to our target audience. Analyzing these apps provided valuable insights into current market trends.

I focused on navigation, brand identity, and simplicity throughout the design process. By maximizing homepage content to include multi-way navigation and simplified checkout process, featuring large images, and keeping consistent visual elements across the app to the website, we were able to accomplish our goals.   

This approach ensures a smooth user experience that meets customers where they are in their coffee journey, ultimately boosting engagement and positive app ratings.
